The Hallmans || Blackhaven Wedding Gardens

The day started with a chance of rain. Anyone who has had a chance of rain on their wedding day knows just how stressful that can be. When we got to the venue, it was a bit sunny, so we were hopeful that it wouldn’t rain. The ceremony was beautifully set up in the gardens. About 30 minutes before the ceremony started, the sky opened up and a windy storm hit. We quickly switched all of the chairs and decor over to the covered patio, and Hannah and Andrew became “The Hallmans”.

When Hannah and I first met she told me about how she wanted her wedding to be bright and happy. I’d say that she accomplished that. From her bright bouquet, to the bright and cheery attitude that everyone had despite the hiccup in ceremony plans, everything was bright and happy. After the ceremony, the sun peaked back out and we were able to go out for some portraits!!

Once we finished up portraits, Hannah and Andrew headed inside to dance the night away with their closest friends and family. Most of Andrew’s groomsmen actually traveled long distances to make it to the wedding. They all met through online gaming and were the best group of friends ever. It was so cool to see such a unique friend group that didn’t allow distance to separate them!

At the end of the night, Hannah and Andrew made their grand exit, complete with water-soluble confetti, which was super cool!
